Step 7
Now hold the wheel pant in place
with the correct angle and drill
through the hole you just drilled in
the landing gear and on through the
wheel pant.
Step 8
Now drill a larger hole in the wheel
pant attachment hole with a number
25 drill bit to accept the blind nut
which you will insert on the inside of
the wheel pant. Slip the wheel pant
just over the axle.
Step 9
Next install one wheel collar, then
the wheel and then the second
wheel collar. Do not tighten the
wheel collars yet. Go ahead and
fasten the wheel pant to the landing
gear. Now tighten the wheel collars
making sure that the wheel is
centered in the wheel pant.
Step 10
Attach the wheel and wheel pant to
the gear. Do not drill the hole in the
wheel pant to accept the wheel pant
screw just yet. Assemble as shown.
Use 4mm x 50mm axle screw. Use 3
washers and two lock nuts that are
provided as shown for each wheel.

Step 11
The 2" axle is a little long and will
protrude outside the wheel pant. You
may either drill a 5-32 inch hold in
the outside of the wheel pant or you
can shorten the axle length from 2"
to 1-3/4 inches with dremel and
cutting wheel.
