INSTALLING THE REAR ARMS AND REAR
SHOCK ABSORBERS
1. Install:
• rear arms
• rear shock absorber

a. Install the rear upper arm 1 and rear lower
arm 2.

NOTE:
• Lubricate the bolts 3 with lithium-soap-
based grease.
• Be sure to position the bolts 3 so that the
bolt head faces inward.
• Temporarily tighten the nuts 4.
b. Install the rear shock absorber 5.
NOTE:
Be sure to position the bolts 6 so that the bolt
head faces backward.
c. Install the rear knuckle.
NOTE:
Be sure to position the bolts 8 so that the bolt
head faces forward.
d. Tighten the nuts 4.
