Prevent the microphone from any sudden blast or strong movement of air, as they can tear and destroy your fragile ribbon. Never blow into a ribbon microphone! Always use a plop filter to prevent any percussive sound from damaging the ribbon. Plop filters also prevent from damage caused by moisture (spit). -

Return Procedure Returned merchandise must be sent prepaid and in the original packing, call tags will not be issued. Package must be clearly labeled with a Return Authorization Number (RMA number). Products returned without an RMA number will be refused. Highlite will not accept the returned goods or any responsibility. Set all volume and gain controls on your mixer, mic preamp or recording device are at their minimum settings before connecting the microphone. Make sure, the phantom power is off! Once the RM-101 is plugged in, move the channel fader gradually to the 0dB position adjust the input gain using your channel peak led or VU-meter. -
