1. What can I do if my computer has installed the USB print service successfully, but there is no reaction to
printing task?
Check the hardware connection.

Check whether the computer has installed the printer's driver.

Check the printer compatibility list.

Check whether the UPService functions normally. Open UpsControl or Windows Task Manager

(Ctrl+Alt+Delete) to see whether the UpsControl process exists, otherwise, please start UPService by
right-clicking UpsControl icon in the lower-right corner of your screen and selecting Start UPService.
