Download ->Document->Printer Compatibility List.
3. What can I do if I am prompted to have quited the UPService process when printing a document?
Please click OK and try to restart UPService. If prompted that the process already exists, please open
Windows Task Manager to end the process and restart UPService.
4. What can I do if I am prompted to have failed to start/stop UPService?
Please try to restart your computer. If the problem still exists, please contact our technical support.
