then for incoming PSTN calls it will display the caller ID otherwise it will display ID as unknown.
Similarly the caller ID will be displayed for VoIP calls as well.

8.6 Lock

DPH-70L provides facility to lock the phone using the 'LOCK' key. In the locked state phone,
phone can be used only to receive PSTN calls. Phone can't be used for making PSTN calls or
VoIP calls.
The five LED's (VoIP, Up arrow, Down arrow, Shift and Menu key) will blink to indicate that phone
is in locked state.
The phone can be unlocked by pressing 'LOCK' key followed by configuration password and then
'ENTER' key. For example, if configuration password is '12345', the phone can be unlocked by
pressing sequence 'LOCK 12345' followed by 'ENTER' key.
If password is forgotten after locking the device, the user can press the 'Lock' key followed by
factory reset sequence.
Note: Phone can be Locked only in IDLE state.
WARNING: After unlocking, if the entered password is correct then the phone will restart which
may take around 5 seconds.
