This installation manual contains precautions and installation procedures for the NIDEK Edging Station LE-700. A thorough understanding of the contents of the installation manual and operator's manual is essential for proper installation and use of the instrument.

Be sure to read this manual and operator’s manual carefully and understand their contents before installation. Push the hose adapter while aligning the hook of the hose adapter with the indentations on the underside aperture of the LE-700 and turn the light blue ring counterclockwise to secure the adapter. Connect the feedwater hose to the LE-700.

INSTALLATION: Connecting the Pump Tank Attach the stocking filter to the drain Rubber part of stocking cover. Thread the stocking filter through the large hole on the receptacle and attach the drain cover in its original position.

INSTALLATION: Connecting the Pump Tank Plug the power cord of the pump into the main body. Connect the power cord labeled as 1 to the extension cord labeled as 1. Route the extension cord through the hole on the top or rear of the table and connect it to the outlet for Pump 1 in the right side of the main body.

Close the processing chamber cover. Press to start processing. Measure the outer diameter of the pro- cessed lens with a caliper and check the size.
