19.3.4 The Night Service Screen
This screen allows you to configure Night Service settings for this auto-attendant. You only
need to configure this screen, if you want the auto-attendant to perform different actions
outside of regular office hours. Click the Night Service tab in the Advanced screen of an
auto-attendant to view the screen as shown.
Only the screen for the initial auto-attendant menu is shown. In the sub-menu
screens, some of the fields are not available.

DESCRIPTION
Specify the action for this auto-attendant option. The choices are:
•
Forward to an extension - to forward a call to a specific extension.
•
Forward to next menu - to forward a call to the next menu.
•
Repeat menu - to replay the auto-attendant audio file for this menu.
•
Return previous menu - to go back to the previous menu for this auto-
attendant menu. This option is not available in the initial auto-attendant menu.
Specify the extension you want to forward this call to. This field is only applicable,
if you select Forward to an extension in the Action field. You can enter 0-20
digits.
Note: If this option is enabled, then the extension here must be a
previously configured extension number, a paging number, a
hunt number, or a meet-me conference number.
Click this to save your changes.
Click this to go back to the previous screen without saving your changes.
