8.1.2 Using the AUDIO 8 DJ as default device in Mac OS X
Click on "Applications/Utilities/Audio MIDI Setup" or open the "Audio MIDI
Setup" from the Dock.
In "Audio Devices", choose "Audio 8 DJ" as "Default Output".
Click on "Configure Speakers".
Choose Stream 4 (Channel 7 & 8) as output.

Make sure the volume controls of the amplifier are completely turned down!

Put a CD in your CD-Player and start playing it.
8.3 Using the AUDIO 8 DJ with a turntable
A normal turntable requires a different input amplification than a CD player. Only
channels A and B do have the possibility of phono amplification, therefore you
cannot connect a phono level turntable to channel C or D. The input amplification
of channels A (IN 1|2) and B (3|) can be toggled from PHONO to LINE in the
Settings Tool or on the AUDIO 8 DJ itself.
