DNS Host Mapping

The DNS Host Mapping screen allows you create static host names for specified IP
addresses on the Gateway. To use:
1. Click DNS Host Mapping from the menu on the left side of any Advanced
Configuration screen. The DNS Host Mapping screen appears.
2. Enter the DNS host name in the DNS Host Name text box.
3. Enter the IP address in the IP Address text box.
Apply to save your changes.
4. Click
The new DNS host name will be listed at the bottom of the screen. To remove a
DNS host, click on the appropriate Remove button. Note that if you delete any of
the Microsoft DNS entries at the bottom of the screen, SaskTel MAX will not work.
