Possible direct truble shooting for the customer
Do not call the technical service, unless you have in advance given a look at the following list of interventions.
You will consequently avoid unnecessary costs.
FAULT
Leak from filterholder rim.
Too quick coffee delivery.
Water leak under unit.
Cold unit, does not deliver the coffee.
Machine hot, does not deliver coffee.
Pilot lamp 8 remains lit and the
automatic water level on.
The pressure in the boiler is decreasing
and the warning light are on.
Coffee delivery very slow.

Defects - Malfunctions

CAUSE
Filterholder gasket dirty with coffee dregs.
Too old coffee.
Drain bowl clogged.
Drain tray hole clogged.
Switch 15 or main switch before
of the unit off.
Water main tap or softner taps
in a wrong position.
No water in the mains.
Same reasons as previous fault.
Same reasons as previous fault.
Filter holes or filterholder hole clogged.
Too finely ground coffee.
REMEDY
Clean with brush.
Adjust a finer grinding.
Change.
Clean.
Clean.
Switch on.
Bring to working position.
Wait until it returns or call the plumber.
Clean.
