CARE AND ATTENDANCE

CLEANING
Attention!
Before the cleaning, ensure that the
plug is not in the socket.
After using the appliance, let it cool off. Do not clean the
appliance with abrasive cleaning products, scourers
that will scratch the surface or sharp objects.
Outer surface
Normally you just need to clean the oven with a damp
cloth. If it is very dirty, add a few drops of dishwashing
liquid to the cleaning water. Afterwards, wipe the oven
with a dry cloth. Make sure water does not enter the
microwave ventilation holes.
Immediately remove lime, fat, starch or egg white
stains. Corrosion can occur under these stains.
Do not let any water get inside the oven.
Inside:
After each use, clean the inside walls with a damp cloth.
Make sure water does not enter the microwave
ventilation holes.
If it has been some time since the last cleaning and the
cavity of the microwave oven is dirty, put a glass of
water on the tray and connect the microwave at
maximum power for 4 minutes. The steam that is
released will soften the dirt, which will be easy to clean
with a soft cloth.
Do not use acid or alkaline substances to clean the
oven (lemon juice, vinegar, salt etc.).
The appliance should not be cleaned with steam
cleaning machines. The steam may reach the charged
parts and cause a short circuit.
The most soiled stainless steel surfaces may be
cleaned using a non-abrasive cleaning product. Then
they should be rinsed with hot water and dried well.
Unpleasant odours (e.g. after cooking fish) can be
eliminated easily. Put a few drops of lemon juice in a cup
with water. Put a spoonful of coffee in the cup to avoid
the water boiling over. Heat the water for 2 to 3 minutes
at maximum microwave power.
