When you switch off the oven, the residual heat in the
oven is indicated in the preheating indicator.
When all segments are lit, the temperature in the oven

The preheating indicator goes out when the
temperature has fallen to approximately 60 ºC.
You can keep food warm in the oven using the
residual heat.
For meals with long cooking times, you may switch off
the oven 5 to 10 minutes earlier. The residual heat will
finish cooking the meal, thereby saving energy.
This allows you to heat up the oven particularly
quickly.
