    Safety / Before first use - if you intend leave the device unused for a long period, - after every use. When doing this, pull directly on the mains adapter and not on the lead. Stop using the device immediately if the lead, mains adapter, housing or any other part is found to be damaged.

    Before first use / Use times. Before using it for a first time as well as for the following 3 charging processes, charge the hair and beard trimmer for 12 hours. To charge the device, push the ON / OFF switch down to the OFF position.

    Make sure that you can feel the two mounting ribs of the comb click into place on the fixing attachments on the sides of the trimmer head. Choose the length setting you wish to have (4 - 32 mm) by sliding the comb attachment up and down the trimmer head.

As the device is not waterproof, the hair and beard clippers should not be immersed in water or other liquids when cleaning it. This could lead to live parts (rechargeable batteries) being damaged. Remove the adapter from the socket before cleaning the hair and beard clippers.
