Programme Select Buttons
Push the programme select buttons that suit the load to be dried. See page 17 (LCD) or 18 (LED).
Start/Pause Button
Starts the selected programme. If the button is pushed while a cycle is in progress, the programme will
be paused. PAUSE will show in the display. The light is: Green when the programme is running;
Flashing Amber if the Programme has been paused; Flashing Green when in Standby, waiting for a
programme to be started.
Note: During the Heat and Enjoy Cycle the Start/Pause Lamp will Flash Amber during the cycle.
Option Buttons (actual options available depends on model)
Dryness Setting
When an automatic programme is selected, pushing this button will allow three different dryness levels
to be selected - Iron Dry, Cupboard Dry or Extra Dry.
Delay Start
To be used when the user wishes to delay the start of the cycle. Each press of the delay button
advances the delay by one hour, to a maximum of 24 hours. If no delay is required, select OFF.
Timed Dry
If the programme selected has the time dry option available, the machine can be set to do a timed
cycle. With each press of the timed dry button, the time advances the time in set periods. Press until
the required time is displayed. See page 14.
Crease Care
Selecting this option enables both the pre care and post care options.
Pre Care only available if the delay start option has been selected.
Post Care the clothes are occasionally tumbled at the end of the cycle. Helps prevent creasing if it is
not possible to remove the clothes once the cycle is finished.
Extra Care
This option introduces a reduced drum action during the later stages of the drying cycle (longer pauses
between drum rotation changes).
High Heat
Allows Low or High Heat to be selected. Only available on some programmes, When High Heat us
enabled this light above the button is on.
Quick Dry
An economical programme for small loads to a maximum of 1 kg. The cycle is set at cupboard dryness
level and takes about 30 minutes. The machine's electronics continually check the front thermistor
temperature to monitor when the clothes are dry.
Sound
Available for all programmes.
When enabled, the buzzer will sound at the end of the cycle, to remind the user the clothes are ready
to be removed from the machine.
