How Ultrasonics Cleanlng Works
Ultrasonic sound is sound transmitled al frequencies generally beyond
the range of human hearing. In your ultrasonic cleaner, uftrasonic sound
(sonics) is used for cleaning hale als and parts. This is how it works:

As lhe sound waves from lhe
lransducer radiale lhrcugh the
solution in the tank, they cause
altemating high and low pressures

During the low pressure stage,
millions ot micrcscopic bubbles
form and grow. This process is
called CAVITATION, meaning
"tormalion of cavities".
Ounng lhe h€h pressur6 stage,
the bubbles collapse, or'imdode"
releasng enofinous amounts of
energy. These implosions act like
an army of tiny scrub brushes.
They work in all directions, attack-
ing ev€ry surface and invacling all
rec€sses and openings.
