TROUBLESHOOTING
MACHINE WILL NOT START
Check the control system
power
Check fuel and oil
Check cylinder compression
Check fuel supply system
NO OUTPUT VOLATGE
Check circuit breaker
Check AVR
If no output after all other
checks
CAUSE
Poor connections
Low battery
No Fuel
No Oil
Poor quality fuel
Piston ring worn or rings in
wrong place
Valve clearance is in-correct
Bolts of cylinder head are
not tighten
Blocked fuel pipes
CAUSE
Circuit breaker not switched
ON
Circuit breaker is faulty
AVR is broken
Possible alternator failure

REMEDY
Check all connections including
all plugs and sockets
Charge/replace the battery
Fill with diesel fuel
Fill with oil
Replace old/stale fuel
Contact your dealer
Clear blockages or replace as
required
REMEDY
Turn circuit breaker to ON
position
Replace the breaker
Contact your dealer
