Faults
The programme is taking

Loud noises, vibrations
and machine "wandering"
during the spin cycle.
The display panel/
indicator lights do not
work while the appliance
is running.
Cause/remedy
Not a fault – the unbalanced load detection system is adjusting an
imbalance by repeatedly redistributing the laundry.
Not a fault – the foam detection system is active – a rinse cycle has been
switched on.
Not a fault – the programme sequence is optimised for the specific washing
process. This may change the length of the programme shown on the display
panel.
Not a fault – the effectiveness of the care product is not affected.
Run the Drum Clean or Cottons 90 °C programme without laundry.
Add standard washing powder or a detergent that contains bleach.
Note: .
To prevent foaming, only use half the amount of detergent
recommended by the detergent manufacturer. Do not use detergents intended
for woollens or delicates.
Have you used too much detergent?
Mix one tablespoon of fabric softener with 1/2 litre of water and pour it into
compartment v u (not suitable for outdoor clothing, sportswear or items
made with down).
Use less detergent for the next wash cycle.
Check your basic dosage and dosage strength settings.
If necessary, use a different liquid detergent.
There is too much detergent/fabric softener in the dispensers. Do not fill the
dispensers above the Max. mark.
Wi-Fi is switched off.To connect to your home network, switch on Wi-Fi.
