Connecting to your home
network manually
If you have already automatically
connected your appliance to your home
network, you can skip the manual
connection step and connect it to the
Home Connect app .
If your router does not have a WPS
function, you will need to connect the
appliance to your home network
manually.
Wi-Fi must be switched on on the
appliance.
Switch the appliance on.

Press and hold the Remote Start }

button for more than 3 seconds.

appear on the display panel.

Press the Start button to connect. †

The appliance will now set up its

You can exit the Home Connect

Notes
If a connection could not be

on the display panel.Check whether
your appliance is in range of your
home network and try connecting
manually again.
If your smartphone or tablet PC is

still connected to the Home Connect
network, you will need to connect it
to your home network first.
