If the interface is serial, check the serial port setting of CMP-40 by self-printing. Run the driver installer file “CITIZENCMP-40PrinterDriver1.xx.exe”.

Check the model (emulation) to install driver and press “Installation”. If necessary, you can install both drivers together. If you use USB interface for the driver, choose USB from “Printer Port” drop-down menu and press “OK”.
