1. Troubleshooting based on pilot lamp indication

Problem
Pilot lamp fails to go on or flash.
Pilot lamp indicates abnormality by
flashing rapidly at 0.1 second
intervals.
Pilot lamp does not go on after
battery has been connected.
(Charging does not start.)
Pilot lamp remains flashing (on for
1 second, off for 0.5 second) after
battery has been connected.

2. Troubleshooting and repair procedure

(1) Trouble mode (A)
Pilot lamp fails to go on or flash.
Is rated voltage
applied to the
plug?
YES
Is there continuity
between blades
of the AC cord
plug?
YES
Faulty internal circuit
Replace the PCB.
