Useful File Operation Functions
To perform various operations on stored fi les, press [Access Stored Files] on the Main Menu screen.
Edit Files

* As an example, [Mail Box] is selected as the fi le storage location.
* The number in the screen indicates the order of the procedure.
Store Multiple Files as a File (Merge Multiple Files)
You can combine multiple fi les in the mail
box into one fi le. Then you can print the
combined fi les as one fi le.
* The setting may not be available, depending on
the storage or fi le format.
Insert a Separate File Into Specifi ed File
(Insert Pages)
You can insert a specifi ed fi le from the mail
box in front of the specifi ed page of another
fi le from the same mail box.
* The setting may not be available, depending on
the storage or fi le format.
