Shine a flashlight through the rim to illuminate the valve stem hole.

Use a sharp object to cut the tape from the valve stem hole.
Remove the nut and o-ring from the valve stem.

Insert the new valve stem through the rim.
Install the o-ring onto the valve stem.
Thread the nut onto the valve stem so that the recessed

side faces the rim. This will allow the o-ring to seal against
the nut and prevent air from leaking out of the wheel.
NOTI CE
Do not use a tool to tighten the nut; it must be handtight
only. Overtightening the nut can lead to a slow leak.
