UNPACKING
1. Carefully remove the parts and accessories from the box. Retain packaging material until you have carefully
inspected and satisfactorily installed or operated the tool.
2. Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
3. Inspect the parts carefully to make sure the tools and accessories were not damaged while shipping.
WARNING! Do not operate the tool if any part is missing. Replace the missing part before operating. Failure to do
so could result in a malfunction and serious personal injury.

PARTS IDENTIFICATION

• 7 in. diamond blade
• Rip guide
• Mitre guide
• Blade guard
• Universal wrench
ASSEMBLY
NOTE: When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included parts list.
1. Placing The Blade
Place the blade (#11) onto the shaft, pushing it against the inner flange (#12). Make sure
the side of the blade with directional arrow is facing towards you. Next place the outer
flange (#10) and blade lock nut (#9) and tighten the nut with the enclosed wrench. Do
not over-tighten!
2. Placing The Blade Guard
Insert guard support into the socket. Make sure the support is parallel to the blade. Place
blade guards onto support and tighten wing nut (all components Part of Blade Guard
Set #1).
3. Place the Rip Guide (#3) on the top of the cutting table's upper frame (#4) and clamp
both ends. Rip guide can be placed on both right and left side as desired.
4. Place the Mitre Guide (#2) onto the Rip Guide. The mitre guide is designed to attach to
the rip guide and can be used on the side the rip guide in installed on.
