5.3.2 Margin Control Escape Sequences
Changing vertical pitch does not change the top
and bottom margins. See Table 5-5.
Changing horizontal pitch shifts the left margin to
the nearest column of the new pitch. The right
margin will shift in proportion to the change in
pitch. See Table 5-4.
