If at once you don't succeed ...

Our products are subject to strict quality control. If this devi-
ce should not function trouble-free in spite of that, we regret
this very much.
Before you contact our Customer Service, check whether
you can correct the fault yourself.
Switch off the device and pull the power plug before you be-
gin with any fault location. This prevents the device being
switched on by mistake.

Power cable is damaged.
Dust bag / filter are full and/or
clogged.
