ce should not function trouble-free in spite of that, we regret
this very much.
Before you contact our Customer Service, check whether
you can correct the fault yourself.
Switch off the device and pull the power plug before you
begin with any fault location. This prevents the device
being switched on by mistake.
Possible cause
Plug is not insertedt.
Device is not switched on
Power outlet does not carry
any power.
Power cable is damaged.
Dust bag / filter are full
and/or clogged
Hose, pipes, nozzles are
clogged up
Sucked in particles have
become jammed
Carry the appliance in the original package or a similar,
well-padded package to prevent damage to the appliance.

Remedy
Insert plug.
Switch on device.
Use another power outlet
Bring device in for repair
Change dust bag / filters
Eliminate clogging
Remove particles
