- The number
you
dialed
is
correct.
- The
other
party's
machine
is
a
facsimile.
If
the
problem
remains, correct
it
by
following the
communication
message
printed
on
the
sending
and
journal
reports
(p,
55, 56).

• The
other
party's fax
machine
was
busy
or ran out
of
recording
paper. Try again.
The document was
not fed
properly.
Reinsert the
document and
try
again.
• The
other
party's
fax
machine
rings
too
many
times.
To send a
fax manually,
dial
the
number,
confirm the
fax tone,
and
press
(START/SET/COPY).
The
other
party's
machine
is
not
a
facsimile.

other
