Detach power board from the monitor and
if the +17V of the power board output
Yes
If the +17V of power board output normally
Check IC602 whether the C pin and
output normally
Check D711 whether the output keep +17V.
Change interface board
5. Inverter & LED driver no work troubleshooting
Check PIN 6 of CN701 whether the
voltage is +3.3V
Check PIN 7&8 of CN701 whether the
voltage is +5V
Replace the power board
