customer

include

following information.
(a)
Instrument type
and
serial
number.
(b)
The
type reference of the
Assembly
in
which
the
particular
item
is
located.
(c)
The
Part
number and
circuit
reference of
each
item
being ordered
.
It
should be noted
that a
minimum
charge
of
£10
sterling
is
applicable
to
all
U.K.
orders.
