TRANSFER DIRECTLY TO A VOICE MAILBOX

(TRANS/CONF)
2. Dial 1600 then wait for greeting to play
3. Press
#
4. Enter mailbox number (extension)
Transfer to not complete it
TIP: CANCEL
If the incorrect mailbox was entered, press
to stop the transfer. The person on hold is automatically
taken off hold.
5. Press softkey to hang up and complete the transfer
RELEASE

CONFERENCE

Features of the Conference Call include:

Up to 8 parties in one Conference Call

Anyone can add a party to the Conference Call

As long as one system phone included, Conference Call remains active
Conference Call
FORM (or add to existing conference call)
Press
1. (TRANS/CONF)
2. Dial the number of the next party to add to the call
Wait for answer
3.
If Busy Signal or No Answer
You will be reconnected to the conference call. To attempt
to bring another party into the call, repeat steps
4. Press

Conference Call .......... Hang Up

Add Held is used to: Move a held call to another line appearance
