Before you try to attach the Dome IP camera to the ceiling, take off the white plastic chips (at cable outlet), then push the cable down into
the gap between camera and plastic ring ( see the picture below), then feed the cable connector into the biggest hole, and align the microphone
hole with the mark circle.
