If the SNTP server is not found the camera's time will be synchronized with the PC time.

The camera has a built-in RTC (Real-time Clock) that keeps track of the time even when
power is disconnected.
System time setting:
Current device time –
camera's Internal time.
Proposed device time -
clicking Apply the camera's Internal time will be
changed to this time.
Select to change the time zone for the device
location -
choose proper time zone.
Daylight saving time -
Daylight Saving Time (or
summertime as it is called in many countries) is a
way of getting more light out of the day by
advancing clocks by one hour during the summer.
