We recommend that from time to time the housing surface is impregnated with
silicone. The chance of calcium depositing on the surface of the lamp is
reduced and the scratch resistance properties of the housing surface are also
improved. (Action to be taken Interval By Owner)
Action to be taken
Examine wrist strap / hand line
for integrity/damage
Examine the O rings and
sealing surface of the end
covers for damage,
contamination and/or
deterioration, clean and
lubricate as necessary
Replace the O rings in the
covers
Clean and dry external charging
connections
Rinse under and around the
switch with fresh water while
moving the switch
Impregnate the housing with
silicone grease
Replace the O rings under the
rear cover (charging
connections/pressure over
pressure indicator
Replace the O ring in the front
cover (glasses)
Replace the halogen bulb
Replace cell pack
