The electric motor has been designed for 230V and 240V only. Always check that the power supply corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate. Note: The supply of 230V and 240V on Ozito tools are interchangeable for Australia and New Zealand. -

GENERAL SAFETY RULES Warning! Read all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. The term "power tool" in all of the warnings listed below refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power tool. - Page 6 GENERAL SAFETY RULES (cont.) OPERATION Turning the Jigsaw On/off To turn on the jigsaw, squeeze the on/off trigger (5). To turn off, release the on/off trigger (5). The tool can be locked on for continuous use by squeezing the on/off trigger (5) fully and depressing the switch lock on button (3). The switch lock button is on the left side of the tool. - Page 9 OPERATION (cont.) Pendulum Action Fig 3 The pendulum action adjustment (7) (fig. 3) has 4 positions. The first position '0' selects normal cutting without pendulum action. The following 3 positions engage the pendulum action which means the blade swings slightly backwards and forwards as it cuts.
- Page 10 OPERATION (cont.) Cutting It is recommended to first mark your intended cutting line with a pencil or appropriate marker. Start the tool and wait a short moment until the blade achieves maximum speed. Put the bottom of the base on the work piece and move forward slowly along the cutting line.
