6.1 MDC6011 Outline

The Mask Data Checker MDC6011 is a software tool which checks the program data (C011XXXH.HEX and
C011XXXL.HEX) and option data (C011XXXF.DOC and C011XXXS.DOC) created by the user and creates
the data file (C6011XXX.PAn) for generating mask patterns. The user must send the file generated through
this software tool to Seiko Epson.
Moreover, MDC6011 has the capability to restore the generated data file (C6011XXX.PA0) to the original
file format.
