Removing Seat Pad for Cleaning

Do not use this child restraint without the
seat pad. Failure to do this can result in
serious injury.

To remove pad, remove
backrest from base (see
"Belt-Positioning
Booster:Without Seat
Back Installation"
section).
Remove Pad From
Base:
Pull elastic straps out
from under the base and
pull the pad off the base.
Remove Pad From
Backrest:
From the side, remove
pad off of backrest.
Remove Pad From

Headrest:
From the back, remove
the elastic from the back
of the headrest.
Pull pad off of headrest.

Clean with warm sudsy
water, rinse clean and air
dry. Do not use bleach or
other harsh cleaners.
Replace the pad by
reversing the order.
Attach head rest pad to
the headrest, replace the
backrest pad and base
pad.
