Disassembly and Assembly of Vapor Liquid Separator

Steps
1. Disconnect the liquid separator and the connected pipeline
Disconnect the liquid separator and the connected
pipeline.
2. Remove the liquid separator
① Remove the bolt securing the liquid separator using
a socket wrench that fits the bolts .
② Remove the liquid separator from the middle baffle.
3. Secure the new liquid separator and connect it with the pipeline
① Fix the new liquid separator on the middle baffle
securely.
② Tighten the bolt using a socket wrench and
reconnect the new liquid separator with the pipeline
by welding.
