EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY The following are specific provisions relative to your Emission Control System (ECS) Warranty Coverage. 1. The ECS Warranty Period shall begin on the date the new engine or equipment is delivered to its original, end-use purchaser, and shall continue for 24 consecutive months thereafter.
