BOOST mode

If the connected battery has less than 14.7 V, first a charging process will automati-
cally be used before the device switches to BOOSt mode.
When pressing and holding the Start-StOP (26) button for 3 seconds the charger
will enter BOOSt mode directly without charging.

Possible cause
Defective battery:
Battery voltage is under 1.5 V
Battery incorrectly/not connected
No power supply, charger not
plugged in.
Only a very low charging current
is used in very low temperatures
(below 0 ºC). this will extend
the charging time. as the battery
warms up, the charging current is
adjusted accordingly.
Battery capacity too high for the
charger being used.
Correction
Have the battery
checked by a special-
ity repair shop.
replace battery.
Unplug charger and
check the connec-
tions.
Verify the charger
is plugged into a
230 V mains outlet
and the "Power" LeD
is on. Battery may be
defective
Charge battery in
normal conditions.
