• Fit the lid onto the blender glass, so
the curved edge is over the pouring
spout. First, push the rear of the lid
into the glass next to the handle, and
then push down the front of the lid
next to the pouring spout. Ensure the
lid is firmly pressed into place.
• Place the cap (1) in the hole in the lid
and turn it until it locks into place.
• Place a hand on the lid and switch on
the appliance by turning the On/Off
button (7) to "1" (low speed) or "2"
(high speed).
• The appliance also has a pulsing op-
tion with extra speed. Turn the On/Off
button to "P" and hold it briefly in that
position.

• You can add more food to the blender
jug during operation through the
opening in the lid. Always switch off
the appliance before removing the
cap and adding more food.
• Turn off the appliance by turning the
ON/OFF button to "0" when you have
finished blending. Wait until the blade
has come to a complete stop before
removing the lid.
• Always add liquid to the blender jug
when crushing ice cubes. Ice cubes
should be no bigger than 20×20×20
mm. Only crush 6 at a time.
CLEANING
• Unless clearly specified in the below
cleaning instructions, please note that
none of the parts of this appliance are
dishwasher safe.
• Always clean the appliance immedi-
ately after use.
• Always switch the appliance off at the
wall socket and unplug before clean-
ing.
• The blender glass, blade section, lid
and cap can be washed in normal
dishwater. All parts must be com-
pletely dry before the appliance is
assembled and used again.
• Take care not to touch the blades at
the base of the blender jug during
cleaning!
• Clean the motor section by wiping it
with a damp cloth.
• Ensure the appliance is clean and dry
before storage.
