Parameter settings
[C] - Priority solar support
The default setting is that heating the hot water with the heat pump is given priority over solar heating. This is done so that if
the circulation in the solar cycle is very weak, there is no lack of hot water or in the event that the sun only started to shine just
before the expected phase of hot water consumption (e.g. in cloudy weather).
This default setting can be changed so that whenever solar heat is available, heating of the hot water storage tank is stopped
by the heat pump (providing it is active at the time), and heating provided by the solar installation instead. An aid to setting your
priorities is shown in fig. 4-11.
The following setting options are available:
– [C-00] Solar priority: 0 =ROTEX Solaris installation, 1 = Heat pump
– [C-01] Alarm output logic: Do not change this setting. Leave the default setting as it is.
– [C-02] Alternating mode status: Do not change this setting. Leave the default setting as it is.
– [C-03] Alternating mode ON temperature: Do not change this setting. Leave the default setting as it is.
– [C-04] Alternating mode hysteresis: Do not change this setting. Leave the default setting as it is.
