1.15 Commissioning

Before switching the auxiliary voltage on, the conformance of
operating data and the values on the name plate must be checked.
The transducer is ready for operation after 15 minutes of warm-up
and will then meet the specified error limits.
Measuring output currents and voltages:
In order to measure the output currents, disconnect the line of
one of the terminals to be tested (17/18, 19/20, or 21/22) and
connect an amperemeter in series.
In order to measure the output voltages, connect a voltmeter
to the corresponding terminals (cf. above) or tap the voltage at
the terminal screws with the test probes of the instrument.
Note:
Outputs set to load-independent current change to 25 V DC
maximum when opening the output circuit. This can be avoided
by disconnecting the auxiliary supply during the connection
procedure.

1.16 Servicing

The transducer does not require servicing. If necessary, it can be
checked in a laboratory and be recalibrated. The PC program
"SIMEAS PAR", run under WINDOWS versions 3.1, 3.11, and
95, is used for calibration.
