Used
in
applications
in
which
a
user-fabricated
test fixture
is used.
These
connectors
cannot
be
connected
to
the
16058A
Test
Fixture.

voltage is +2OV dc.

Connectors:
Four triaxial
connectors
for SMUl
through

Can be connected
to the
16058A
Test
Fixture
or to a user-fabricated
test fixture.
Each connector
outputs
or measures
up to
+lOOV or *lOOmA.
Common
(+)
and Ground
(A) for floating
and grounded
measurements.
The common
terminal
is
tied
directly
to
the
outer-conductor
of the Vm @ , Vs @ , and
SMU @
connectors;
the ground terminal
is
tied directly
to the instrument
chassis.
For
grounded
measurements,
these
terminals
must be interconnected
using the shorting-
bar.
For floating
measurements,
disconnect
the shorting-bar.
