GROUND COFFEE HOPPER (GCH)
Caution!
Do not reach into ground coffee hopper
when machine is

connected. Danger of crushing!
The lockable ground coffee hopper
holds 3 kg of ground
1
coffee. It should be medium to fine grain and dust-free
(machine ground). WMF customer service will be pleased to
assist you in choosing the appropriate grinding. Portion
quantities can be adjusted to any brew quantity.

When changing coffee varieties, be aware that the specific
weight of ground coffee can fluctuate considerably and that
the portion quantity may require resetting.

impossible. The display indicates:
Coffee! / ENTER
After refilling the ground coffee hopper press the
"ENTER" key to confirm.
Make sure that the ground coffee hopper is always refilled in
time.
If there is not a sufficient amount of ground coffee for a brew
quantity of 4 litres, the machine automatically brews a charge
of 2 litres.
Please remove the GCH lid as follows (see Fig. 1):

1. Open the lock.
2. Turn lid to the left until "A" is in position "Z".
3. Remove lid by lifting it off.

To replace the lid , follow instructions in reverse order.
