Program

Registering into the [Program] the destination and communication functions,
you can call the information of registration only by pressing the [Program]
key.

Detail
[Address Book], [Group] and [Program] can be also registered using the
PageScope Web Connection. Using the PageScope Web Connection,
setting can be changed or addresses can be registered from a computer
connected to the network.
Refer to the User's Guide (Network Scanner) for the method to use the
PageScope Web Connection.
You can register the Scan Setting and Comm. Setting functions. For de-
tails, see "Registering the Program" on page 10-22.
Program
This section describes procedures for registering into the [Program] the reg-
istration name and destination.

Press [Utility/Counter] on the control panel to open the Utility Mode
screen if it is not already displayed.
– When the optional hard disk has been installed, up to 400 address-
es (001 - 400) can be registered for the [Program]. (If no hard disk
has been installed, up to 200 addresses can be registered.)

Press [One-Touch Registration].
– In the Utility Mode, it is also possible to enter a number displayed
in the key through the keypad for selection. In the case of [One-
Touch Registration], enter the "1" on the keypad.

Press [Fax].
