Engine oil level
Engine coolant level
Air cleaner element and connections
Belt adjustment

Cutting Units ___________________

Check:
All hardware securely fastened
Reel end play, there should be none
Front roller bearing adjustment
Offset in front roller brackets is away from reel
Adjust reel to bedknife, .001" to .003" (.025-.08 mm)
Adjust cutting height to customers' requirements
Make sure hoses do not interfere with lift arm.
Raise/lower operation

Check for loose or missing hardware
All lubrication points
Examine paint finish; touch up where necessary
Check decals. In place and legible
Make sure Parts & Maintenance Manual and Safety
& Operation Manual are in the pouch
