Trouble Shooting (Cont.)
Problem
Steam is leaking from
around the rim.
The unit is not reaching
pressure.

Reason
Lid is not closed properly.
The pressure safety valve
is blocked.
Cooker is overf lled.
Pressure release value is
in the incorrect position.
The floating pressure
safety valve has
not risen.
Solution
Re-close the lid correctly.
Clean the pressure
safety Valve.
Remove excess liquid/
food and continue
cooking.
Switch the Pressure
Release Valve to the
"pressure" setting.
Add more food
and water to the
cooking pot.
