(4) Adjusting the button clamp support

(5) Checking the needle entry point

sewing machine.
When checking the shape of the sewing pattern, fit the second stitch of the needle entry to the button hole, and tighten
screw 1 . (Refer to the tem of checkng the shape of the sewng pattern n the nstructon manual for the LK-900A.)
(6) Adjusting the button clamp base and the feed plate

) As for the attachng heght of button clamp base 1 , adjust the vertcal poston so that the bottom face of the button
clamp base and the top face (knurl face) of feed plate A 2 can equally press the materal. Then tghten setscrew 3 .
2) Adjust the poston X (protruson of the materal), poston of feed plate A 2 aganst button clamp base 1 ,
accordng to the thckness of the materal usng setscrew 4 . The standard adjustment value s 0.5 mm.

Loosen setscrew 1 , and place the button to be used
n between the button clamps. Then determne the
longtudnal poston of the button hole and the slot of
button clamp base 4 by movng button clamp support,
front 2 and rear 3 back and forth. Then securely tghten
the setscrew. At ths tme, f the clearance between
button clamp support, front 2 and rear 3 s a lttle
smaller (approx. 0.5mm) than the outsde dameter of the
button to be placed, the button s securely clamped.
