Before calling the after sales service, check to see
if you can rectify the fault yourself (see page 35
onwards).
If you contact the after-sales service, even within the
warranty period, you will be liable for labour costs.
Please inform the after sales service of the product
number (E Nr.) and the manufacture number (FD) of
the appliance.
This information can be found in the area outlined in
bold on the rating plate on the rear of the appliance.
